Access to exhibitors and fitters is allowed only if they have a special set-up and dismantling pass that can be printed in advance from the Safety Portal in the Reserved Area.
Only the day before exhibitors can access showing the same pass they will use during the event.
Please note that the stands must be completed the day before the event.

All the useful information to stay in the exhibition centre.
You can downlowd it from your Reserved Area, the exhibitor badge does is created for your own personal usage.
It is strictly forbidden to provide it to a third person and it allows a maximum of 4 entries/exits per day.

You can find in your reserved area the badge you can use to entry during the event and not during set-up and dismantling days.
The Green pass will be checked at the entrance with your body temperature. In the absence of the Green Pass, the staff will require you the negative result of the antigenic swab performed within the previous 48 hours.
You can show your Green Pass both electronically or printed and it will be read by the Ministry app.
Translations into English are also required for Green Pass and FOREIGN ANTIGENIC SWABS.
There must be a vaccination title translated at least into English and reporting the type of vaccine used in this case. Only certifications showing vaccinations approved by EMA (BioNTech, Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, Oxford Astrazeneca) will be accepted
ANTIGENIC SWABS OF FOREIGNERS must also be translated into English.
Please provide the swab certificate with negative results at the entrance. Pay attention: the swab test must be done no loger than 48 hours before the visit.
